The last couple of months have been full of fun for our family. Tim survived his first busy season (and so did I:) and we spent the time after enjoying our friends and family as well as some of the local sites.
Lucky me!! Emma, Eliza and Grace got to come to visit on their high school orchestra trip. I spent years and years babysitting for their family and it was so fun to "hang out" with them all grown up. I LOVED being their babysitter, but it is so fun to be their friend.

So we were a little late getting to the Tulip Festival this year especially since the tulips bloomed early. This was the one field that was left, but it was still gorgeous. Better luck next year!

At the end of April, Tim's youngest brother got married so we took a trip to Utah. (It was kind of crazy so I apologize to my wonderful friends that we didn't get to see. I miss you!)
While in Utah we toured the Sweet's candy factory with Tim's family. Even though I grew up in Utah, I had no idea this existed. I highly recommend this as a family activity. You even get a free hair net.

Hey Deanna & Tim - I came across your blog from some other 19th ward blogger...so good to see you! Congrats on having a baby (a little late, but oh well!).
Cute pictures! Every year I think about going to the tulip festival and decide I don't want to deal with the long drive with kids in the car, then I see everyone's cute family pictures and wish I had gone.
